21 yo Naval Infantryman found dead at Haliç coastline

Today, early this morning. Locals of Haliç province of Istanbul saw a dead body at the coastlines. They called the police. They removed the body from the sea. After the arrival of the prosecutor, they searched him, reported that they found a military ID belonging to a naval installition in Kocaeli, Istanbul's neighbouring city.
