BTW, mature of QC-280 gas turbine engine is the main reason that we start to mass produce warship now.

I don't think US able to produce enough LM2500 gas turbine engines to Japan to match PLAN.

Right, quickly ... if in 2025 PLAN can close to half numbers of U.S Navy warships/subs with the same quality, good news for us ... coz U.S Navy need to defense interests in Atlantic Ocean + Pacific Ocean + Indian Ocean + Mediterranean, China Navy only care the threat from the West Pacific.

China is not the 'Global Police' like U.S, we not need too many ships deployed in world oceans ... to reach half numbers of U.S Navy is enough for China.

Nowadays the role of United State in the world is a combination of the Globe Police and the Globe Robber.China has been the biggest economy,and US became the second one with the most powerful forces,In the future US will act more like a robber rather than a police,that is dangerous for China.So strengthening the power is a very urgent task of China.In 2025 we will have very many oversea assets. I speculate that the power of China Navy will be about 60% of the current power of the US Navy.But for US to maintain a powerful Navy like Nowadays is very doubtful.So I am more confident than the slayerhuahua.
