Yup! In my view, one of the most disappointing ministries of the Modi Government, probably right after Ms. Uma Bharti's ministry!

I really would have liked a technocrat such as Nilekani taking over a ministry as important as this. But I guess Modi has his own compulsions.

I completely agree that Uma Bharat is a colossal waste. She will single handedly ensure that Modi will loose UP. I wish she would take up some Governorship of some state and leave the ministry to more competent people who can deliver.
