Well there were many times when they went on asking why their treatment costs are much higher compared to the Indian patients.

You know how long it takes for us to explain them that the quality of the implants and the medicines used on them is much higher than the ones used in Indian patients. Because we do not want to see the patient again with any complications. We do not use generic drugs or local systems on them. But they still want to argue about the cost and us ripping them off. Even thought the people from the agency have explained it completely to them before they came here.

Being in the medical field if a patient walks in after the treatment is over u will have a flurry of questions running inside your head why he is there.

For Indian patients we use locally made plates but in Pakistani patients we use AO/ASIF (Stryker) systems which are costly but the quality is much better.

Pakistan must do something to provide affordable and quality health service to its citizen. It doesn't seem good their citizen pleading mercy from the foreign minister of dushman qaum for granting access to Indian health care. Talking from a neutral POV, it really shameful on part of pakistan Govt, administration, planners and Establishment.

In Narayana Hrudayalayas there are lot of surgeries that are done at free of cost. The need doctors like Devi Shetty who actually show others that Medical profession is not only about making money. And the government must subsidize and keep medical products out of the tax loop.
