2 Missing After INS Betwa, Guided Missile Frigate Of Indian Navy, Tips Over

Rest in peace the departed. ;( Its sad to loose sailors in such an incident.

RIP to dead sailors.

How did they manage to tip over a war ship at the dry dock? The work place looks really messy though.

It's unbelievable. For example, India lost a submarine while still in the port. Other countries lose their ships or subs in on the sea. Only India lose them in the port. It's not a good Idea to have India dock their ships or subs in your country.

LOL I can't stop laughing at this stupid incident

Fourteen personnel were rescued from the dry dock and two, including one Navy diver, are missing after INS Betwa, a guided missile frigate and a frontline warship of the Indian Navy, tipped over on Monday during repairs, leading to extensive damage.

The main mast has broken and diving operations have started. The Indian Navy has ordered a court of inquiry into the accident that occurred at around 2 pm. An accident of this proportion has never happened with the Indian Navy. Casualties, if any, could not be confirmed.

Only in india their subs sink in 30 feet of water and ships tip over in dry docks

First the sub, now the Frigate and what's next.......o_O

  1. The dock looks like the jungle has overtaken it.
  2. How does a ship overturn in a dock?

Few Indian rats were hired , for the job , transformed with DNA modification and given special powers , to lift enormous amount of weight these lovely creatures helped conduct a covert ops to tilt the big ship over

After the Pegion operation this latest ops have shown again how easy it is to infiltrate Indian facilities

Modi has announced from tomorrow there will be a complete ban on Cheese

Guy's please stop gloating. Sailors died, and accidents happen, even in advanced western nations. Refloating a ship isn't a easy procedure.....RIP to those that have died and fast recovery to those injured.

Heads need to roll at the Dock.

Sack those directly responsible and the entire Dock management needs to be financially penalized.

They just cost the country $200 million.

So PDF Indians....is this the naval power you were talking about? The naval power which will patrol the world's seas by 2050?

Dude, before laughing,at least first learn to build your own ships and stop purchasing second hand stuffs at subsidized rates from others. At least our ships don't get hijacked unlike yours.

What's the point of indigenous ships when it's your men who are going to be killed by them? Lmao
