''They were Pakistanis'' Indian Army officer, squarely places the blame for the sikh genocide on Pakistan. No evidence was given however...as usual.

I must admire the hindu psyops capabilities man. Use a Sikh commander with hindu officers and soldiers to bomb and destroy Sikhism's most holiest place, killing thousands of Sikhs then Blame Pakistanis (Muslims) for it. Amazing strategy indeed.

Next they'll blame Pakistan for the Ganges not flowing with chocolate milk and why Santa never visits India.

I cannot understand the necessity of bringing up this issue without context . However I wish to comment only on the underliled part above.

Strange as it may seem to Pakistanis who are used to seeing their Army intervene and for whom Religion is a tool to be used as per convenience ( yet its is flouted just as often as it is used - not practiced), the IA like most Indians has always considered the nation above & beyond all considerations.

The General in question and his Boss who also was a sikh ( Gen Ranjit Dayal) happened to be in command of formations which were not deployed on the border and were the first available. As expected , they did not flinch and did what was expected of them.

Bulbul Brar had just got married & if recall his interview correctly, he was about to go on his honeymoon when he received his orders.

@third eye

Sir im not fussed about the psy ops or else being carried out on Sikhs. I am concerned about my nation's name being taken for blaming domestic ills without proof.

That is something both nations should have got used to by now.

We do it out of ' default' response . In most cases we are right.

I watched the laptop version whereas you have posted the mobile version. But I assume both are the same interview as the youtube ids are the same.

Operation Blue Star: Major General Kuldip Singh Brar Interview June 6, 1984 - YouTube

Not sure what you are alluding to - This interview given by General Brar happened when the Operation bluestar was coming to an end - can hear the blasts in the background. So what are you talking about regarding sikh genocide? That happened later as a consequence of Indira getting killed due to her ordering the Operation Bluestar.

As for the proof, he is saying the following are the proofs.

1. pakistan weapons(along with Chinese)
2. passports found on the killed militants - pakistan passports and Khalistan ones as well
3. two pakistanis were killed trying to infiltrate the army cordon and saw the identification and also conducted medical identification

You may disagree on the proof what the general was presenting but you can't claim that he presented none as highlighted above.

That is pretty ridiculous.

That's like me dropping half my breakfast onto the floor, and then blaming it on Ukrainian Mind-waves being broadcast from Pripyat.

Neither of them have any proof whatsoever.

CD - did you listen to the interview?

Oh yeah, I was wondering what was up with the mobile link.

I was going on what Aeronaut said, but now I've checked the video you posted. It's not the actual interview though, it is dubbed over.

As for Chinese weapons being found, give me a break. That is the same excuse Indians here always use to "prove" Chinese involvement. The fact is that we are the biggest manufacturing base on Earth, anything you find that has been manufactured will have links to Chinese manufacture, even modern US weapon systems.

It's like blaming us every time someone is stabbed with a made-in-China knife, or shot with a made-in-China bullet, or hit over the head with a piece of made-in-China electronic equipment. It is no proof at all.

Again my question remains - did you listen to the interview or you do not want to spend 9 mins of your time but assume things?

.
Pak wanted to do a ' Bangladesh' by helping create a state of ' Khalistan' around Amritsar.

India preempted them & flushed out the Militants.

I dont see the need to discuss this now , is it because its the month of June or the result of an idle net surfer having found something ?

It is bull-****, the entire thing is dubbed over.

If "proof" is dubbed over Youtube videos then I assume you also believe the stupid theories by ISRO2222 and his Alien Greys.

And forgive me, but the words of an Indian General are not "proof" in any way shape or form. It is not an objective source at all, he says whatever is needed to further the interests of the Indian army.

Has anyone outside of India verified the so-called "proof"?

We Pakistanis are always on side of "opressed and tortured" population... ;)

What dubbed over? The one I posted or the one Aeronaut posted? If it is mine, lets agree to disagree as I do not have much to discuss with you as I believe it was recorded at the time of Operation Bluestar and not a dubbed one.
