There were quite a few of those; broadcast by BBC and ABC. You are likely to find them on YouTube. Also google for Anthony Mascarenhas who was then the BBC correspondent in Dhaka. He covered that period comprehensively from 'ground-zero' and later even wrote a book about it. Search on this forum as well; it has been covered in many threads, including one (a sticky)started by @T-Faz (IIRC). You'll find a great deal of info there.
