You're delusional, If you think me or my countrymen care about what you or your lot have to say.

Forgiving ? We'd do it again, If we had to, that's my promise to you.
Everyone gets 1 chance and 1 chance only.
If there were ultra pro Bangladeshi elements that is Pakistani and are involved with pak gov would they be tolerated in Pakistan? That actively sought to destablise pak for bdeshis benefit?

Considering that pak is a military centric country, these people would have lived to the ripe age of 70-80 yrs old. They would have been shot right from the start.

I think not.
Pakistan is a military centric country only for outsiders. It's populace understand the mechanism of a security state, largely.

There are more than a million Bengalis in Karachi alone. They are not called Bangladeshis for a reason.

Pakistan is a concept superior to any ideology race, color, tribe or language derived.

. .
Nothing can be further from the truth. 1971 did not repudiate the two nation theory.... all it did was to ensure that BD muslims became a sovereign muslim nation alongside pakistan as a sovereign muslim nation.

Muslims are a nation on to themselves.... period... how they govern themselves in their locality is entirely up to them. Until and unless muslims join the indian federation the reality remains however much indians bitch and write about it

. .
Secular India?? What the heck is that. I thought BJP thinks secular is a bad word, Hindu Rashtra is the correct term and ideology for India. The level of cognitive dissonance among Indian elite is mind numbingly insane.

.
Only if BD had gone back to merged with india again, So the two nation theory holds very much it is just that there are 3 countries instead of 2.
Two nation theory is about Hindus and Muslims being two different nations, not about countries, so two nation theory is valid and relevant today. And you call it Bangladesh or Pakistan, the idea was about separate geographical area where Muslims were in majority, India idea was flawed.

.
and current indian situation is counter point to what Gandhis had thought that Hindustan was a nation where all religions can leave together, this also makes Jinnah's Two Nation Theory stronger than ever before.

1971 Bangladesh War is counter point to Pakistan’s two-nation theory based on religion: Indian envoy to Bangladesh

Days ahead of the ‘Victory Day’ celebrations in Bangladesh, Indian Ambassador to Bangladesh Vikram Doraiswami spoke about the sacrifices made by the Awami League-led by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in ensuring that there is a “better” South Asia today while debunking the two-nation theory based on religious identity on the basis of which Pakistan was formed.

On December 16, Bangladesh celebrated Bijoy Dibas when the country attained victory in its war of liberation against the Pakistan army in 1971.

Speaking at an event “Liberation War and India-Bangladesh Relations” organised by Observer Research Foundation (ORF) on Monday, the Indian envoy said, “The most important aspect about 1971 liberation war is that it is an important counterpoint to the singular and exclusionist idea of the two-nation theory, the idea that religions constitute separate nations.”

“It was fundamentally proven wrong by the struggle of the Awami League, emphasising the point that nations are made of much more than just religious identity,” he added.

The war also left a tale of sordid past which has remained unaddressed by Pakistan, that of the mass genocide committed by the Pakistani Army in the day ensuing the final creation of Bangladesh.

The Indian envoy reminded the gathering that the perpetrators of the genocide are yet to be brought to justice.

“Lastly, redressal and at least acknowledgement of what happened in 1971 is also important. It has often happened about Bangladesh that the world has sought to put behind what happened in '71. We can recall the pushback among several countries to the trials that were started in the early years of the last decade of the collaborators and the ones who had blood on their hands,” said Ambassador Vikram Doraiswami.

“But we must remember that the perpetrators and masterminds of this mass genocide have never been brought to book,” he added pointing to Pakistan.

Meanwhile, on Monday a delegation from Bangladesh Muktijuddha Mancha submitted a memorandum for the demand of 'unconditional apology' for the killing of intellectuals and genocide committed in the Liberation War.

“Fifty years have passed since the liberation of Bangladesh. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan still seems to be in denial mode and yet to offer a formal apology to the people of Bangladesh for the atrocities and innumerable sufferings caused by a brutal force on us, the people of Bangladesh,” the letter said.

“On the 49th anniversary of the Martyred Intellectual Day', Bangladesh Muktijuddha Mancha, on behalf of 165 million Bangladeshis, demanded Pakistan to offer an unconditional apology to the people of Bangladesh for the brutalities of 1971 Liberation War,” it added.

LMAO :P

Indian envoy crying foul on Two Nations Theory, it is like going to McDonald's or KFC, and then giving the speech on how fast food is bad for health!

Even if East Pakistan broke away, Muslim Bengalis didn't join back the 'Original Country India .......... lols' neither they intended to. They become Bangladesh a separate state, and a Country with State Religion as "Islam" which is the core of the Two Nations Theory.

.
The real religion based thing started after Zia-ul-Haq came to power. He brought the idea of Islamic unity over stupid ethnicities that don't matter.
And he created the identity of a proper Islamic state. Before him, Pakistan was formed on religion but nothing was dictated by religion at all.
So 1971 is not a proper argument, everything that happened after it is. 1971 led to the actual Islamization of Pakistan.

.
Why India appointed an ambassador for its 29th state?

.
Lol.... The black lives matters Theory
@DalalErMaNodi Happy Independence Day !

Same as Pakistan has appointed two ambassadors in India....

The irony is that Biharis are actually the most loyal people I know of in all history, and the least opportunistic. For generations after creation of Bangladesh they identified as Pakistanis and remained loyal to Pakistan, earning the name "Stranded Pakistanis". They've lived in refugee camps for generations, the cost of that loyalty. They could have easily disavowed Pakistan and embraced Bangladesh to improve their standard of living, but they didn't.

Again, it's ironic coming from a Bengali, your people have a reputation, rightly or wrongly, for being treacherous and seditious, going back to the days of the British (1857 mutiny) and of course the rebellion against Pakistan allied with India
And yet Pakistan doesn’t accept them? Even with Imran khan govt? They lived in refugee camp because it comes with perks, none of those pay to live there. Everything free, they don’t educate themselves to make their lives better. Biharis who wanted to change their lives moved out of camps and became educated and I know examples of such Biharis.
And as for loyalty, everyone knows who were the gulams of the British, and who tried to rise up against it and be free people again. If gulami is your definition of loyalty then you and I are not the same. You’re from the people of sheeps 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's ironic a Bangladeshi who names himself Michael Corleone is accusing me of being a ghulam of the British.

The truth is the British were a Godsend for India. They developed it and ruled it fairly.

It is true that Pakistani governments refused to repatriate the Biharis, and that was a tragedy. It was due to ethnic politics of Bhutto and PPP, who did not want to upset their Sindhi base by bringing more Muhajirs into the country. I have nothing but contempt for all Bhuttos and their so-called Peoples Party. Bhutto was rightly hanged, he was a murderer and a coward.

But you Bangladeshis killed the founder of your own country, and then killed the man (General Zia ur-Rahman) who had him killed when he no longer suited you either. You've gotten this reputation for being seditious.

The British did their utmost to favor the Muslim peasants of East Bengal, for example, Viceroy Curzon's partition of Bengal in 1905, despite massive resistance to it by the Bengali Hindu aristocracy.

But then you Bangladeshis go ahead and make Tagore's dull, second rate poetry into your national anthem. You are in fact slaves psychologically to the Hindu and to India

so i get it, you would rather chew on pig fat catridge than fight for what you believe in, i don't hold it against you, gulami has led you people to lose half the country and now take loans from one country to pay off another.
if the british did any development in india it was solely for their economic benefit. 51 percent of mughal gdp was contributed by bengal and had similar industries to that of britain before being colonised.

what's keeping imran khan from accepting biharis? he's been in power for fair amount of time.
Zia Rahman himself killed his fellow army officers to stay in power, there is a saying, treat others how you would like to be treated. why don't you talk about ershad... Also a military dictator but people have huge respect for him even though he was a womanizer, no body killed him,,, because he didn't do that to others.

british favored those who benefitted them, y'all lot lived together in mughal india, all of a sudden you need two different countries to live? all british did was divide and rule for their benefit.
like the old ottoman saying goes, whatever pond two fishes are fighting in... the british have been there.

too bad, you don't speak bangla, its definitely a much more better language to write poetry in. no bash agaisnt urdu, i like urdu literature too, but stop being insecure because the your literature hasn't been as recognised as ours
