so how did the indian police find out the 18 bombs location?? were they testing a new DRDO device where the needle points to a "islamic terrorists bomb" when is the second block coming with "ISI" detection capability? can they upgrade "islamic terrorists bomb" detector to "ISI"?

They were from tip off s from the general public. I guess the people became very vigilant after all those blasts, they reported every single suspicious incident.

this is a hypothesis. There can be loads of hypothesis and without backup, I can give my own verdict too. Since you have stated a hypothesis, can u please give proof? if you cannot give proof, refrain from giving theories.
