Come on after 2 years of peace and improving issues in the Valley this is nothing. More police officers were injured during recent riots in London.

by shooting i meant using rubber bullets and other crowd control mechanisms like LRADS even Raytheon has offered the "pain ray" to India i think we should get it if things like this continue

OIC? That's all you've got? As if we give a rat's rear to what they say. What are they going to do? Since when has OIC gained any importance in rest of the world other than its own closet case countries barring a few reasonable ones? They're busy trying to get a new approachable name to the organization for the last 2 years. Apart from that, the council is of no use to non-Muslim countries. Agree with you (you didn't really make that clear) I hear J&K police are getting quite a few non-lethal weapons. But yeah that ADS would be great. All police forces in India should get this kit so incidents like a cop unloading his revolver into a protest don't happen again. Maybe put the system on the back of a Bolero.
