He is trying to say USN sink Chinese CVN shall have no nuclear consequence but USN CVN if sink need to have nuclear retaliation becos he says so.
Maybe next time one US soldier killed will lead to nuclear exchange.I think we Chinese need to always remind US that China is a country with nuclear weapon capable of destroying the whole US. The American talk as if China has no means to wipe out US and is just a sitting duck. Wake up US, China is as capable as you are in nuclear exhange. Seems like the V-day parade hasn't knock sense into these arrogant americans.
