138 Taliban killed in pre-election crackdown

KABUL: Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Tuesday said that 138 armed Taliban were killed and 86 other wounded in different crackdowns within past 24 hours.
In a press release issued here, MoI said that Afghan National Police (ANP) with the help of Afghan National Army (ANA) and National Directorate of Security (NDS) conducted joint clearance operations against insurgents in different areas of Takhar, Kunduz, Zabul, Baghlan, Logar, Herat and Helmand provinces. In these operations 138 rebels were killed and 86 others were injured.
Six insurgents were also arrested in the operations, and were handed over to the concerned authorities for further investigation.
In addition police also discovered huge cache of ammunitions in the operations.

Look at the above pic , all four guys from the front to back have their own choice of arm patch , are these from the same unit , same battalion or what ?

If every jhonny has put on what ever patch he wants , it looks very unprofessional , uniform is called uniform for good reason , its not the back of truck where you can hang you own choice of colorful apparel

As you can see on their helmet and weapons, this is a multi commando group exercise.

There are 7 commando kandaks assigned in Afghanistan, all have their own insignias.

But yeah our commandos are pretty badas-s

You could have rehabilitated those taliban instead of killing them

On the other hand, since Pakistanis take pride in killing TTP monsters, then why should the Afghan not take pride in killing their own TTP monsters?

As long as they are wasting taliban scums it doesn't matter what they wear or not. Moreover the journalist who wrote the article might have picked out the pic from some training exercise. Instead of congratulating them for a job well done you want to nit pick on a pic which has nothing to do with the news.

Honestly, i don't see the deaths of millions of Afghans as deaths of Afghans

I see them as deaths of Muslims. For this pathetic Created World, for hoarding wealth.

Pakistan cannot even prevent the killing of its own people, how can it help Afghans prevent the killing of their innocent people in their country?
