60% is required in both first year and second year or combined 60% is required to apply in Army?

i think that %age requirement is for those who are applying after Intermediate.

if any one got 65% in first year and 57 in second year and combined percentage of intermediate is 61%....ab woh banda apply kar sakta hai army kailea ?
