13 RSS workers found guilty of murder of CPI(M) activist

A court in Kerala on Firday found 13 RSS activists guilty in the murder of a local CPI(M) worker in Thiruvananthapuram on 1 April, 2008.

Additional Sessions Court judge T K Unnimol will pronounce the quantum of sentence on Saturday. The case relates to the murder of Vishnu at Kaithamukku.

According to the prosecution, the accused armed with swords, iron rods and other weapons attacked Vishnu and killed him. There were totally 16 accused in the case.

While one accused died in 2008, another was acquitted by the court on Friday and one is absconding.

Charges against the accused include that of murder, conspiracy and unlawful assembly.

They want to destroy communist bastion of Kannur district in Kerala state so as to polarize Hindus and starts their riots, Hindtuva fanatism like in the rest of India. Without going into the question of whether it's a farce or not, I'm sure you are aware of the term 'Mob violence', aren't you??

So a "mob" came together for no reason and decided to kill somebody for no reasons ?

Reality is that CPI are the people who talk about "collective" action, i.e. Mob action.

"Collective" action is the very essence of any communist movement. Funny how RSS is now being accused of acting like the communist, especially since RSS focus on making the "individual" and promote individual self development.

Maybe you need to consider using logic while promoting accusations and innuendos.
