$120 billion disappeared during Al-Maliki’s regime, says British report
Sep 8, 2016
The Iraqi Vice President Nouri al-Maliki
The report, that was issued by the London based International Center for Development Studies, revealed, “During the period between 2006–2014, Iraq made a large financial surpluses that could contribute to the reconstruction of the country,” pointing out that, “The total budgets in that period reached $700 billion US dollars and they mostly disappeared due to corruption.”
The report added, “Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi received nearly an empty treasury from his predecessor, Nouri al-Maliki, that only contained about $700 million US dollars, making Iraq in an extremely difficult financial situation, especially with the declined oil prices and revenues, in addition to the cost of the war against ISIS.”

Yet this incompetent cretin and Wilayat al-Faqih puppet wants to return to power. He must be stopped by all means before he ruins Iraq further.
The great Mishaan exposing the traitor.
At least the Foreign Leech was removed recently.
A Al-Sisi type of ruler or transitional figure to clean up the mess is badly needed.
I have no doubt that Al-Maliki (a former refugee in KSA) is hellbent on destroying Iraq further and creating internal Arab hostilities.
King Fahd and the establishment back then went out of their minds when welcoming such specific Arab brothers of ours across the border. In return they are pillaging an brotherly neighboring Arab country and doing their utmost to create hostilities against fellow Arabs under the control and guidance of the foreign Mullah's.
Time to remove all corrupt leeches everywhere in our part of the world otherwise they will burn us all down. We should seek China's help in this regard. The West is happy about the situation.
so where is the money?
It looks like it all went to ISIS
Taken by the corrupt elite and given to their families, relatives, friends and partners, stored abroad in foreign banks, part of it likely reached ISIS, another significant part the Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah's in the "Islamic" "Republic" and their useful pets in Iraq. The usual money laundering schemes.
Accountability? Zero. He is still the vice-president and hellbent on returning to power. Don't be surprised if we see him soon again. Destroying Iraq further and ultimately the region. A sad, sad situation.
Yet even after all this and all the other things that he is guilty of he still has a somewhat large following in Iraq. It would not have happened in Iraq during the 1970's for instance. Anyway at least he is a useful agent for certain powers in the region.
More comedy. Here below he is talking against corruption while being one of the most corrupt people on the planet. EVEN Ali Abdullah Saleh would be somewhat proud!
Such leaders should simply be executed everywhere in the Arab world. They are holding the people hostage and destroying their countries and potentially the future of the upcoming generations.
It was also under his rule that 1000's upon 1000's of Iraqis died due to his idiotic government using fake bomb detectors that they knew did not work because terror suited their political agenda and moved the focus away from their political failures.
Iraq should at least, even by now, have the same living standards as the GCC yet this is just a distant dream as of now. So much for supposedly "democratic" reforms that came in the aftermath of the illegal and catastrophic US invasion that Al-Maliki and his likes supported.
