$120 billion disappeared during Al-Maliki’s regime, says British report

The Iraqi Vice President Nouri al-Maliki
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A new British report revealed that about $120 billion US dollars from the surplus budgets of Iraq have disappeared during the term of the former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, and further added that his successor, Haider al-Abadi received an almost empty treasury.

The report, that was issued by the London based International Center for Development Studies, revealed, “During the period between 2006–2014, Iraq made a large financial surpluses that could contribute to the reconstruction of the country,” pointing out that, “The total budgets in that period reached $700 billion US dollars and they mostly disappeared due to corruption.”

The report added, “Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi received nearly an empty treasury from his predecessor, Nouri al-Maliki, that only contained about $700 million US dollars, making Iraq in an extremely difficult financial situation, especially with the declined oil prices and revenues, in addition to the cost of the war against ISIS.”

Yet this incompetent cretin and Wilayat al-Faqih puppet wants to return to power. He must be stopped by all means before he ruins Iraq further.

The great Mishaan exposing the traitor.

At least the Foreign Leech was removed recently.

A Al-Sisi type of ruler or transitional figure to clean up the mess is badly needed.

I have no doubt that Al-Maliki (a former refugee in KSA) is hellbent on destroying Iraq further and creating internal Arab hostilities.

King Fahd and the establishment back then went out of their minds when welcoming such specific Arab brothers of ours across the border. In return they are pillaging an brotherly neighboring Arab country and doing their utmost to create hostilities against fellow Arabs under the control and guidance of the foreign Mullah's.

Time to remove all corrupt leeches everywhere in our part of the world otherwise they will burn us all down. We should seek China's help in this regard. The West is happy about the situation.

so where is the money?
It looks like it all went to ISIS

Taken by the corrupt elite and given to their families, relatives, friends and partners, stored abroad in foreign banks, part of it likely reached ISIS, another significant part the Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah's in the "Islamic" "Republic" and their useful pets in Iraq. The usual money laundering schemes.

Accountability? Zero. He is still the vice-president and hellbent on returning to power. Don't be surprised if we see him soon again. Destroying Iraq further and ultimately the region. A sad, sad situation.

Yet even after all this and all the other things that he is guilty of he still has a somewhat large following in Iraq. It would not have happened in Iraq during the 1970's for instance. Anyway at least he is a useful agent for certain powers in the region.

More comedy. Here below he is talking against corruption while being one of the most corrupt people on the planet. EVEN Ali Abdullah Saleh would be somewhat proud!

Such leaders should simply be executed everywhere in the Arab world. They are holding the people hostage and destroying their countries and potentially the future of the upcoming generations.

It was also under his rule that 1000's upon 1000's of Iraqis died due to his idiotic government using fake bomb detectors that they knew did not work because terror suited their political agenda and moved the focus away from their political failures.

Iraq should at least, even by now, have the same living standards as the GCC yet this is just a distant dream as of now. So much for supposedly "democratic" reforms that came in the aftermath of the illegal and catastrophic US invasion that Al-Maliki and his likes supported.

That's enough to build around a 100 Burj al Khalifas.

Or a country wide industrial structure after getting required know-how abroad.. Just 1 decade could make miracles with that money. Anyway it's proven that most Arab nations have no intention in developing, producing etc... Wait till that fvcking oil hit the bottom..

Haha. Once a slave, always a slave. What a mentality.

Solve your own problems, instead of replacing one master for another.

Your ancestors are rolling in their graves. once such brave warriors...

Are you calling the people who created 3 of the 11 largest empires in human history (more than any other ethnicity in the top 15), and who are arguably one of the most influential people in history for slaves? Really? The same people who conquered your entity and ruled it for centuries and changed its religion, alphabet, language, culture, demography etc. profoundly and forever? Changes that are still felt 1400 years after. OK.

Anyway, I understand that you are not too bright, but me mentioning China was a reference to them successfully combating corruption within their country. At least to a large degree although they still have problems on this front like most other developing countries.

I am sure that Iraqis will eventually solve their problems. In fact given the future demographic development, their economy will exceed yours. Don't worry about that.

But I understand that the ugly realities of one of your former Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah puppets hurt you deeply. Understandable. I would feel ashamed too if my country supported such incompetent people.

Is this guy with this 97th account still not banned?
@al hasani @sargon of akad @Arabian Stallion and the dozens other fake accounts he has made.

Your culture was lizard eating and idol worshipping, your language was basically developed by Iranians as well.
Don't forget you're nothing but desert culture at the end of the day with no culture except those which you're trying to steal the history of others a claiming them as your own. This is your "culture":

BnNL9oKIYAEsCVi.jpg

1400 years later, you are basically a whore for the likes of US without whom your desert kingdom would not last a month.

Why is the permanently banned troll, who already has received 2 negative ratings, and multiple double user @The Last of us and @Faravahar (both permanently banned and his most recent users) not permanently banned once again?

Do you think that anybody takes your nonsense and blabbering seriously? What I wrote on the other hand are historical facts that everyone is well aware of. I suggest that you slow down on the farsi heroin.

Lastly Arab affairs have absolutely nothing to do with you. Small UAE alone has an economy the size of your country. It's a joke for me to even waste time with you farsis. Still our religious, cultural, linguistic subjects 1400 years after invading and ruling you for centuries.

Go worship the Arab Mullah's that rule you and don't forget not to skip Arabic classes in Iran since they are obligatory. After all Arabic is in the top 5 of most spoken languages and also an official UN language. Something that your Farsi (bastardized Arabic almost) can only dream of. Not to say you having used an exact copy, expect two letters, of the Arabic language. What a joke.

EDIT:

The farsi retard is using some photo not from KSA of an camel as if that is supposed to be an insult given the fact that Iran is an arid country (one of the most arid in the world) with several deserts and with even more camels than KSA.

How about using the Arabian horse next - the most famous and expensive horse in the world? The Ferrari of the ancient world and until the invention of modern transport? I thought so, donkey rider. At least camels are useful and were used to slaughter your pathetic and weak ancestors. More than we can say about your likes.

Here are a few farsis on camels:lol:

As for the rest of that farsis diarrhea. Arabic is the 4th most spoken language in the world, one of the most
influnetial in the world, the liturgic language of the second biggest religion in the world and an official UN language. Nor has it anything to do with farsis. On the other hand farsi is basically half Arabic (vocabulary) and uses an Arabic alphabet. Talk about a ridiculous comparison. There is even an Iranian saying about Arabic language being an language of knowledge.

Stop embarrassing yourself kid. Those are Iranians. The photo was taken in Iran and by an Iranian media. Google the photo. There were many more Arab scientists, poets and clerics during the Islamic Golden Age which was based in Arab lands. From modern-day Spain/Portugal to Central Asia/Pakistan.

Arabic is a many times more important and influential language. It is like comparing English with Polish. Nobody takes you seriously and you should go see an doctor about your Arab obsession. You are a frequent guest in Arab threads.

As for failed states, UAE alone has an economy the size of your 80 million big (!) pariah state. GCC 4 times as big let alone the entire Arab world.

Comparing Arabs and the Arab world is like comparing India with Bangladesh. Makes no sense. Now go to sleep The Last of Us and Faravahar. You are not permanently banned while it lasts at least. Go post some Mullah propaganda and photoshop instead.

Probably gave all of them to the barbaric Shia militias to terrorize innocent people during his rule.

Maliki was a criminal. See his crimes on link below, I bet that cost a lot of money...

http://www.aljazeera.com/humanrights/2013/03/201331883513244683.html

No doubt about that.

It seems this guy has lost his mind. You're tagging random members and claiming I am them?
It's obvious when you make fake account every few weeks. It's obvious by the same camel manure you write.

Historical fact? Since when do we get our historical acts from bunch of desert Bedouins? Stick to snogging camels etc, that's your real professions.

Go worship the Arab Mullah's that rule you and don't forget to skip Arabic classes in Iran since they are obligatory. After all Arabic is in the top 5 of most spoken languages and also an official UN language. Something your Farsi (bastardized Arabic almost) can only dream about.

I am not even a Muslim. It seems the Mullas in Iran has burned you badly that you can't go one day without ranting about them. As for the arabic language, it was heavily developed by the Iranians. As for for Persian, that language has barely little to do with your Iranian heavily influenced language. Arabic is spoken alot due to the high number of so called "arabs" in desert states like saudi arabia speaking them. This camel jockey is acting as if arabic is an official important language like English. arabic is spoken by only bunch of poor arabs in failed states like Yemen etc. your so called arab world is full of failed state. Even your desert kingdom is not that far behind:

Saudi Arabia could be bankrupt within five years, IMF predicts

UAE economy and Saudi economy are a joke. You're nothing but bunch of petrol stations basically. Due to low oil prices you're on your way to bankruptcy. What economy? you people can't even manufacture pencils on your own.

Here are a few farsis on camels:lol:

Those are actually arabs on camels.

Anyway, you missed the context, here maybe you'll get it now:

Saudi Arabia: Farmers flout Mers warning by kissing camels

People are taking photos and videos of themselves kissing camels in defiance of a warning from Saudi health authorities not to go near the animals, which have been linked to the deadly Mers virus.

In recent days, Saudi Arabia has urged people to wear masks and gloves when dealing with camels, to stay away from raw camel meat and camel milk, and not to go near sick animals, the newspaper Gulf News reports. But some people have refused to listen to the government's advice, posting videos and sending messages in support of camels.

In one video, a man stands between a pair of camels and asks it to sneeze. "Look at me! Sneeze, sneeze! They say there's Corona in this," the man says, while hugging and kissing his two camels. Then he shakes one of the camels' heads and says, "She says no. Is there Corona in you? She says no."

Meanwhile, a Twitter user with the handle @fheed6666 - who has more than 90,000 followers - tweets to acting Saudi Health Minister Adel M Fakeih: "@adelmfakeih #the_campaign_against_camels_exposed And we call for it to stop or for evidence to be produced because camels are fine and all the ill people are in cities." An info-graphic circulating on Twitter suggests camels are more valuable than petrol.

Saudi Arabia is the country by far most affected by Mers, with 133 deaths since the virus was detected in 2012. Nearly 500 people in the kingdom have been infected.

This is your true culture.

It seems this guy has lost his mind. He keep editing his post like every 5 seconds

No doubt about that.

How many times you're going to edit your posts?

"language of knowledge" what knowledge? Bunch of Persians wrote some papers in arabic hundreds of years ago and now this bedouins claim that as if somehow arabic is the language of knowledge. You're some of the most backward people on this earth. Just look at where you rank in science production:

http://www.scimagojr.com/countryrank.php?year=2015

You're on par with poor African nations.

arabic seems to be widely used due to the number of arabs speaking it and there are many poor arab in failed states around the region. Thus I am not surprised. There is nothing significant about the arabic language which was heavily influenced by Iranians such as its grammar etc, matter of facts Iranians have played major role in giving that language what little significance it is today due to Persians scientists of old writing using it.

As for failed states, UAE alone has an economy the size of your 80 million big (!) pariah state. GCC 4 times as big let alone the entire Arab world.

Edited his original post for the 9th time now.

Your economies are a joke as I stated earlier. You're nothing but oil exporters without ability to make even a pencil. Those mullas are their "photoshops" are a few light years ahead of your desert kingdoms, without daddy US, you'd be eaten alive probably by even the barehoot Houthis.

This thread and the posts in it are basically showing why the Middle East is in so much trouble right now and has been in the past decades... So much hate and so much corruption in a bunch of countries with people so fanatical- the best example of why the Muslim world is so far behind the modern world.
