So what is the so called "Western Definition" defined by the courts and how is it different from the Indian definition,please explain. A rape is not only penetrative sex as per western standards, merely touching the male organ to a female is also considered as rape in India.
Our definition of rape is much broader and wider than Western definition of rape.
India has 1,2 billion population and the crime ratio is less when compared with West where for 300 million people you have higher criminal population and rapes committed.
Foreigners get raped in West as well with a increasing frequency when compared to India.It's just that West ignores such stuff,while it will pontificate India in that matter.
