A privately owned (backed by a few Zhejiang/浙江 and HK tycoons) financial conglomerate, from baby-sitting a company/project all the way to IPO/M&A. We have several branches e.g. PE (& VC, both RMB and USD), trust fund, financial leasing, securities (being one of the most active players in secondary markets). Probably we have seen more mega projects not listed in this thread.

I can guarantee I am pure Han, it's still good to keep cautious. Chinese govt has shifted the process of economy growth. China have became a huge market as well, according to Alibaba, Wanda and Mi's success, all Chinese companies should adjust their management and try to satisfy Chinese market.

Invest more money in education. We need more professional workers if we want to upgrade Chinese brand and quality of products. You know so far most Chinese workers in manufacturers are farmers, they accumulate skills from experiences but few of them accept systematic technical training in school.

In China about 30% of students can finally enter into colleges. A lot of students go to factory directly after middle school or high school graduation. I suggest they enter into professional technical school for 2-3 years. Government pay for them. Hire skilled retired workers as their teachers. We can fabricate almost everything, but China lack well-known world brand.

No social status and no social insurance, free technical education won't prevent students from pouring into college, even quite a lot of college graduates receive less salary than skilled workers. Just like how we see those private technical schools.
