You dont undestand Forbes lists of most powerful people.
This is not top 10 most powerful countries,becouse the list would be the same year after year.
Example : 1)Obama(USA),2)Putin(Russia),3)XI(China),4)Merkel(Germany),5) Monomakh(India).
The country power =/= Personal power.
Russia isnt more powerful then USA(for now).But Russian president show more responsibility,strenght and determination then American.
Look on Snowden,Syria,Ban on adoption russian kids by US citizens.That is question where leader determination wins battles.The real leaders of two most powerful countries like US and Russia must be like Putin,Ronald Reagan,Kruschev,JFK.... the people who have determination and will to protect country interests
