pak really needs change its strategy in baluchistan. the current strategy is not working. an operation like that in FATA cant be carried out in baluchistan for two reasons. 1. baluchistan is a vast area as compared to FATA and large force will be required. although BLA is not as well equipped and trained as the TTP were so the intensity of operations wont be that great as it was in FATA or swat but still lot of troops will be required. secondly if we carry out a full fledged operation there will be a hue and cry by the "fake" blauchis who will try to highlight the issue at the international level. but one factor that may help pak in doing operation in baluchistan right now is that at the moment almost all the devils of the east and west are worried for themselves. their own economies are going down and hundreds of people are dying there so they may not get enough time to focus of what's going in baluchistan. pak needs to increase its intelligence in baluchistan and intelligence based operations must be carried out with advance tactics and systems at night time. the only advantage which we can have over BLA terrorists in baluchistan is the technological advantage which we are not using at all right now. equip the soldiers with night vision goggles and use drones for surveillance. the current strategy of sending patrols in toyota double cabins is not of much use. there is a psyche of our nation. reserve the technology for qayyamat and let the poor soldiers do the tasks in traditional ways. these bloody drones are not for bloody useless parades only.
