I have dealt with Filipinos, Vietnamese, Thais and Sri Lankans. in general they don't give a shit about real value and only want the most expensive bling bling. there are alot of Chinese who are the same but there is also a huge countercurrent that only care about value, which doesn't exist in southeast Asia except Singapore.

I was engaged to a Chinese woman (who i loved) and were together for over 3 years. Let me say that in that 3 + years being with her, and getting to know her brothers, her parents, her cousins, her aunts and uncles etc, that Chinese-Americans also, too, are critical when it comes to brands. The girl who i was with had very expensive tastes, i'm talking about she was spoiled by yours truly with brands such as Fendi, Coach, Gucci , LV. And don't even get me started when it comes to jewelry, lol. When it comes to diamonds, it better be D or better else she'll be critical. At the same time she also comes from a very wealthy family, her parents own businesses , her brothers are physicians ---- so you can imagine, luxury taste was part of their family.

I know that Japanese-Americans are also like that, very engaged in "brands" , but so are most Chinese-Americans that I've come to befriend and hang out with. I've not really hung out with much FIlipinos or Vietnamese, so my exposure to them is limited to students who i teach. Koreans, Chinese and Japanese, generally, are very brand-oriented. Money really isn't an issue.

So, next time you try to make generalizing comment about Southeast Asians? Come on man. East Asians are worse in that aspect. I know you know this, i know this. No need to try to deny it.

The German conventional sub is perhaps slightly better than China's, but South Korea has no business to compete with China.

China's sub technology is at least 30-40 years ahead of South Korea.



China's sub figure is outdated in the chart, since we got more than 70 subs for now.

The number of nuclear subs of our own is unclear to all outsiders at all times.

Sure, though it also depends a lot on the person(s) in question.

Originally I cared very little for brands, and just bought whatever I liked.

Nowadays though I've become a bit nationalistic ( ) so I tend to focus on Chinese brands a bit more than others. Like if I had a choice of a Lenovo laptop or an Apple or a Sony, I would pick Lenovo first, and Apple last. (I'm not a big fan of Apple I guess you've noticed lol).

But that's a long story. The global economy is so interconnected now that you can't really stop your money from travelling all over the world when you spend anything. Still, I like to do it for some reason.

Info is not correct and in Pakistan Navy they didn't mentioned PN 9 subs. (8 D.Electric +1 Nuclear sub)
