Tableeghis had a meeting when Coronavirus cases started in Delhi prompting the statewide lockdown. They violated lockdown, and a lot of laws, for one they didn't report the presence of foreigners, the foreigners who attended came in on a tourist visa not pilgrimage, they didn't report to the police either. Now, many came from all over India too, to attend the function. After that, they went back in trains, planes, and finally reaching their hometown. Some went for tours.
