The Chinese one have about 120,000 parts, made by 8000 different factories. of the 8000 factories, 10% are dedicated only for nuclear industry.

I do not mean to discourage anyone. but the industrial chain is simply too long for Pakistan, ~8000 factories to support such business. A AIP submarine with Babur 3 is almost perfect for Pakistan. But Pakistan can always try.
