Transporting to a staging area they do use civilian carriers. While transporting to a battlefield, paradropping men and supplies, carrying vehicles will require something specialised.Hence the use of tactical and strategic airlifters. They require shorter runways and can be landed and taken off...
Strange is the fact that even the Ka-27's that the Navy uses widely are 15.8 Metres in length and the Westland Sea Kings/UH-3's are also more than 16 Metres.
Maybe they are looking for something like the Eurocopter Panther?
I've always wondered as to why IDF have no dedicated Infantry Fighting Vehicles like the M2A3 Bradly or CV90.They don't fit the doctrine or because the Merkava's do the job of transporting a fireteam effectively?

They should work on these, get the HTT-40, IJT-36 and AJT-39 up and running at least we will have indigenous trainers and won't need to rely on foreign maal.
Su-35 has it's airframe made out of composites which helps in significantly reducing the RCS.Removal of the Canards and the Airbrake help as well.Although the RCS of this huge bird still won't even be comparable to the Eurocanards.
That is a original Su-35 or S-27M used by the Russian Knights not a deep modernisation Su-35BM/Su-35S that you are talking about here. The Su-27M/Su-35 was a prototype only.
That's a toilet on the Mir Space Station actually not the Su-34.From what I know the toilets is placed between the seats and is similar to the ones that toddlers use. Also it's not as spacious as you think it is.

Well TATA LSV is certainly a very good option.
Would you be knowing what all off road vehicles the Army is using as of now?I know of Jonga's, 550 XDB's, Mahindra Commander and Windy 505.
Just a wishlist mate.I just took the three Indian ones and not the foreign ones which were Iveco or Tatra Vectra or both I think, I am not sure which one exactly.OFB was also participating in this although I am not sure which vehicle they've bid for.
If the OFB LSV is Centre Right in this pic...
