I guess its because this 17 kilometer is signal free and in Indian metros you will not find 17 kilometers of road without any signal (if its not a highway)
I am not sure whether this has been posted earlier. The 1st tower of GIFT city Gujarat has been inaugurated by Narendra Modi on January 2013. Its 29 stored and built by L & T in 14 months.
