They're both Sunni and Shia.
My point is that local Turkmen are the ones that are spearheading the Tal Afar operation, if you want more info read my post again, a lot more detailed than anything Erdogan the Georgian could say about the OP.
Ethnicity is quite irrelevant in this case, when someone sided with IS he/she will be dealt with whether Turkmen or Arab. Erdogan just mentions the Turkmen ethnicity in an attempt to get some legitimacy for his rants, ignoring the fact that the PMF units spearheading this operation are Turkmen...

An Iraqi adviser hinted Saturday that Iraqi forces might enter Syrian territories to fight the ISIL militant group, APA reports quoting Anadolu agency.

PMF has been sent to Kerkuk already but not in very large numbers, mostly 16th PMF brigade (AKA Turkmen brigade). clashing with the talabanis is not beneficial at the current moment. this issue can't be dealt with during/after the Hawija operation.
Anyway just for info.
Turkmen have several...
You suggest that Talabanis monkeys are allied to the PMF due to current PMF 'inactivity' in Kerkuk against the talabanis. Perhaps that is because they are busy with the MosulOP and Tal Afar storming preparations. The PMF has clashed before with the Talabanis in Toz Khormato when these Kurds were...
I don't know why people still point out that the ISF will lose weapons.. The 2014 collapse was mostly due to politics. A good read to explain why the regular army collapsed and ISOF stood well can be read here.

I expect this won't reach...
No they weren't able to take Baghdad. The IS advances were halted at one point, it took the US ~2-3 more months before they started launching airstrikes after IS attacked Kurds and got very close to Arbil, during that time IS didn't advance on the ISF.
You would be right if you said that...
Also from the finance ministry there are details about a new deal with China for HQ-9 long range air defense systems among other equipment.

Them tribal sheikhs (whether pro Iraqi gov or against such as this one) are illogical retards. He doesn't represent anyone, just another old guy hiding in Erbil or Amman. Many other 'sheikhs' of Sunni background such as the Mufti of Iraq stand against Turkish involvement.
Hassan Hassan is an IS...
That's after the gulf war and the no fly zones, he passed a law allowing them to intervene against the PKK given that the PKK conflict experienced some kind of growth in the early 90's. Turkey initially (pre Gulf war) did request NATO defenses from a possible Iraqi attack.
