India promises the moon to Myanmar

If this is the definition of "moon", we are severely restricting our plans for the region. Myanmar is in a strategic location and if we develop ties with them, that opens up our avenues to countries like Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia by road and rail. Besides, it will help us develop our...

America bashing Pakistan to please India

America controlled by Hindu "Brahmans". These brain-dead idiots don't even know the difference in spelling between the cast and the priest, and yet they come up with geopolitical "analysis" based on that. Failed cred, no point in reading the rest of the article.

Zaid Hamid Massage From Constantinople to Dehli

I thought that Bharat Verma was some kind of paranoid guy himself. Besides, what does Medieval military movements mean? Will they come on horse backs across the mountains? I think we are spending enough on defense these days to counter that. :) Jokes apart, the Taliban has absolutely no...

Ruling parties of India-Russia sign agreement to come closer

You do realize that the Soviets of the cold-war era have themselves moved away from the policies that "gets us to our grave". Besides, we have come down quite some ways on the reforms path to go back to those dark ages. This just seems like a general agreement of cooperation and to reaffirm...

Being Pakistani and atheist a dangerous combo, but some ready to brave it

I am not an atheist or a scholar, but it is the same as why a piece of chair, table or computer was created, when it had no wish, idea or ability to want to be created.

Saudi Imam offers $450,000 Reward for Killing Assad

And while the Islamic nations are playing this grand game, everyone will conveniently paint it as a West vs. Islam crusade should the NNATO/EU or US decide to intervene. The sad part in all this are the innocents who are losing their lives - for now, no one knows who is to be faulted, and who to...

Being Pakistani and atheist a dangerous combo, but some ready to brave it

Okay, your answer honestly surprises me...and for one, I didn't even know you were born in the UK. Anyway I won't judge and derail the thread. Break free and do what? They will move to make Pakistan a secular nation and give equal rights to all citizens. How will that affect anyone negatively...

Being Pakistani and atheist a dangerous combo, but some ready to brave it

Then they would move to make Pakistan a secular state and have no state religion. Why will someone dilute their power and identity by wanting to merge with another nation? Doesn't make sense. So will you support a decision by England to kick out all people of South Asian origin by...

    Imran khan is ISI: Rumorville

If true, isn't that a good thing? I thought ISI has Pakistan's best interests at all times, unless people think otherwise?

Avalanche traps about 150 Pakistani soldiers

May god give their families some closure at last. Two months is a long time to wait.

Israel steps up security ties with China

Thanks - in case you didn't realize, my question was rhetorical. I was merely trying to highlight the hypocrisy, no malice intended.

HUGE propaganda is being waged against Pakistan from all fronts (FOX NEWS)

I suppose you have been trying for years now - being unsuccessful in deceit is not the same as not trying. And why on earth do you need the Chinese crutch? Hasn't using the American crutch for years burnt and bruised you enough?

    Invented Countries

And who says the parameters specified above are necessary for the definition of a nation? Unless the definition is xenophobic, diversity is very much an essence of every vibrant nation - just that are blessed more than others. If people begrudge and envy that, some would take that as a compliment.

    Muslims invented alcohol

Absolutely, which is why there is an Pakistani Ocean, Native Americans were mistaken to be Red Pakistanis, and the Europeans came looking for Pakistani spices...

History of Pakistan from 3000 BC to the present

Dude, great job putting this together, but chodo na...him taking selective pride for a piece of land does not in any way change the true history... That's the gist...some Pakistanis take a lot of pride at having been invaded by Arabs and Iran than be associated with anything with India...then...

Nearly 400 Muslim candidates crack IIT-JEE, largest number ever

I think you hurried into saying what you were waiting to, but the fact is quotas exist in every country and it always casts a doubt on the "reserved" candidate - which is unfair to both him/her as well as the one without reservation. Out here it is the same with minority races (including...

Israel steps up security ties with China

How is it that when Indians say the same then we are termed cunning, evil Hindu Baniyas whereas the Chinese who are supposed to be your all-weather friends get away? All countries should, must and will always act in their interest. Pretending otherwise is misplaced and foolish.

Israel steps up security ties with China

I think Iranians are smarter than that - they don't care who you deal with as long as you treat them fairly. India has pretty good relations with Israel and all Arab countries, and our ties with Iran have never been affected because of that.

Will the BNP strike a deal with New Delhi

You know before I joined this forum, I never knew there was so much animosity among Bangladeshis towards India. I had always heard only good things about your country, and thought you guys felt the same. But then again this is an online anonymous forum and I can't say represents anything.
