As far as i am considered... MKI has more advantage both in WVR and long range engagement.. It is definitely a better bet for deep strike option... Rafale is good in avionics and maintenance ... where as MKI doesnt win in this area.. with super upgrade though it will upgrade its armaments both...

I agree with you... But we have to be careful in investing in infrastructure also.. we shouldn't over invest and get goofed up.. Countries like China, Japan, Dubai etc have done lot of goof up... infrastructure is needed but to the right proportion.... but what is more needed is encouraging...
