I've checked onto this. These 600 million Chinese with about 1000 RMB a month are actually misunderstood with a salary. That's the disposable income per capita in households, not a salary. 75% of these people live in rural areas. This includes elders and kids who don't work. I think these people...
I think this 1000 RMB monthly income for 600m people will be disposable income per capita for 600 m people. Mostly rural residents. The countryside needs reform.
And these 600 million people mostly live in rural areas, actually 600m is precisely the number of rural residents in China. That's why I am talking about reform of hukou and land ownership in China.
Why would they do that? It would be unfair to the rest of China, current plans are unfair also but less striking.
You can make a whole of China a free trade zone in that case.
I expect in that case of these plans for a Hainan Island finally tunnel or bridge is going to be built connecting Haikou to Guangdong.
Maybe I can move to Hainan for a few years :enjoy:- a good place for further traveling. if the taxes are going to be low and visa easier to get, it may trigger...
That's why China is keeping its ace card for times when Du30 is going to step down. The ace card is a Scarborough shoal. When Philipines invite Americans back to the Subic Bay, Scarborough is going to transform fast to a huge Island.
Can anyone translate or give more information about it?

From what I heard there's going to be big changes.
E.g. tax income for residents 3, 5, and only 15%.

@Paul2
Some people probably don't include its second children in that survey, especially because that year is the first of two-child policy, so previous years are not included, and some people might be worry but it shouldn't be many, there were many exemptions with that policy.
It's a tragedy that...
@Mista
Yes, it seems it doesn't work. I should have checked it with different countries.
I have read this article, it looks like China has about 1,350B people instead of 1,4B.
I say people at this planning agency are pure clowns.
But one thing, I think this agency doesn't exist now, but...
I knew the flaws, but I didn't have any other way to compare TFR and I wanted to check it. Because when I looked at Chinese live births at 16,55m or later almost 18m and looked at Poland it was strange to me that Chinese TFR is only 1,05.
It looks like I did the math last time in 2017 when TFR...
Yes, I have looked into it, and it's 15-49. I wouldn't compare it if it's different.
I know it's not that simple but I couldn't find statistics to count it professionally so I made a short comparison to check the results if 2015 TFR 1,05 is reality. And the differences are too big in TFR.
And...
