There are definitely some issues with Russian option. But we are already operating them with latest induction in last few years. so why not get more of them at least we will have some thing. but off course we should not make them a longer-term solution rather a short term one. If we get say...

Featured US blocks delivery of Turkish gunships to Pakistan

I sometimes wonder why Turkey does not go for Russian option. it definitely will not be easy to integrate it with current one. But the next generation helicopter can definitely be designed around multiple options including Russian ones.

Is PAA going for 11-ton ATAK-II with Ukrainian engines?

a much better option is available for short term. buy more Russian hellies we already have MI35 no harm in adding more of them. they can serve us well in interim period. and hopefully in second half of this decade we will have a better option available from China or Turkey.

PAF & the ramifications of Rafale's sale to India

PAF did well but they planed it with over time changes. The feb 19 success was due to well planning. Indians inducted Su 30 in 90s but it was not until 2010 that PAF got f 16 block 52. Not taking any thing away from PAF but I think if we didn't had both above assets results might have been...

Featured Turkey Widens War Tech Hunt by Tapping Pakistan’s China Ties

Both Pakistan and Turkey lack certain capabilities in fighter development. I personally believe that we open our eyes and bot countries go for F 31 from China. with TOT particularly in case of engine. Both can keep their own programs running parallel with acquisition J31.

PAF & the ramifications of Rafale's sale to India

don't think gripen is the answer. its better to invest in JF 17 block 3 than Gripen as both are in same weight class. PAF should now serious look at 2 front buy as many as possible used F16 and upgrade them with turkish help. and also look at a new medium size fighter and all roads lead to J...
