I doubt russians will allow any other radar on migs other than phazotron ones it currently holds. Niip really has just one aesa ie byelka(n036 radar) getting tested on su-57 itself.It hasent entered production yet so not sure what will the russians offer. Going for irbis-e pesa is not worth it...
