    Why nobody invests in Pakistan?

The propaganda is aimed at the lower classes in British society to alleviate their daily drudgery of life, and to make them feel good about themselves -- for a while -- by telling them that, despite all their daily problems, they live in mighty Great Britain which a) is upholding the white...

Rise of Turkey - 21st Century's first Muslim power.

You are right but only partially right. The foreign interests will do everything to keep Muslim countries down by empowering divisive troublemakers -- divide and rule. However, religion is not their only weapon. If religion is not available, they will use ethnicity or language. Just see what...

Work with HUAWEI and its goodbye from us, U.S companies tells U.K partners.

My point is that, if other countries start blacklisting competitors because of "national security", then it will start a war of protectionism. "National security" is a very seductive cover for governments to do all sort of things -- from domestic laws to international actions.

    What If India Attacks Pakistan?

My viewpoint is that "might is right" is, and has been, the way of the world since the beginning of time. It's not a question of what I like or approve, that's just the way the world works, including the current "defenders of freedom". The term "legal" is just a fancy euphemism for "might is...

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

People are emotional: they will vote for somebody just because their last name is Bhutto or Sharif or Gandhi or Bush or Kennedy. But it's about having alternatives to put pressure on the dynastic parties.

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

I know that a lot of questionable characters have jumped on the PTI bandwagon. I don't like to see any feudals or anyone from the old parties in PTI, but Imran Khan can't stop them because he is not a dictator. The voters need to decide if someone is a reformer or just an old crook with new...

Work with HUAWEI and its goodbye from us, U.S companies tells U.K partners.

Yup. It smacks of protectionism. It's protectionism masquerading as 'national security'.

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

I agree with you that protests are usually a waste of time. People will judge PTI and IK by what they achieve in office, not their protests. Candidates should be selected based on their accomplishments and resume, not their family connections.

Work with HUAWEI and its goodbye from us, U.S companies tells U.K partners.

If the US has actionable intelligence, it should share it with the UK government, so the UK can make its own risk assessment. Bulling like this is silly.

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

You are right that IK is to PTI what ZAB was to PPP. If PTI becomes a dynastic mafia, then it will lose legitimacy and, hopefully, another party will come along to claim the mantle of meritocracy.

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

PTI is not a family-run mafia where the top spots are reserved for family members. Each candidate will be judged by their performance, not their genes. Just because people support Imran Khan and his ideas doesn't mean his son or cousin can expect a free ride to the top.

Brahmasthra a Nuclear Weapon From History Channel

This debate comes up every few months. In thousands of years, India was united into one political entity once under the Mauryan Empire before the British gifted India a unified political entity. Talking of India as one country, one nation, one anything is about as ridiculous as talking of...

More threats from India over cross-border crisis

PA may have fired first -- don't know -- but the violation of agreement came from India. An agreement is an agreement. The restrictions were in the agreement for a reason. India deliberately violated the agreement, knowing Pakistan would have to respond, and the situation would escalate.

PTI to end sit-in if PM reveals all assets

There is nothing to humiliate. Everyone knows what kind of people are in PML-N, PPP. Pakistani public doesn't care. They like to talk but that's all -- just talk. When it's time to vote, they will bring back the same set of thieves, PML-N, PPP, PML-N, PPP, ...

More threats from India over cross-border crisis

If such activity was forbidden by the ceasefire agreement, then it means both sides considered it to be significant. The fact that India unilaterally violated that agreements means India started the provocation.
