Asian Cricket Council confirms India will not travel to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023

Fair. I did not know (or remember) the history. :undecided:

Finland violated rights of Finnish children detained in northern Syria by failing to repatriate them, UN committee finds

Have they submitted a request to formally return Finnish citizenship with necessary documents? Or just made a video saying that they are not Finnish anymore? :undecided:

Ready to buy Russian oil at same rate India is purchasing: Ishaq Dar

Yes, my contention has always been that PTI administration was not necessarily superior. Beyond that, I only question illogical and unsubstantiated criticism levelled on PTI's opponents.

So, I got an Indian visa, what do you do in Chennai if you have 1 free week?

Relax. People can eat whatever. I don't think this is part of regular diet in TN. Anyway, tourists will be able to look at the menu card in different restaurants they go to and see the dietary preferences of local people :pop:

Ishaq Dar Says that He Had 58 Meetings in 4 Days in USA

There is no detailed information about the meetings chaired by Mr. Dar. Yet most members here assume that the meetings were not productive 🙄

Ready to buy Russian oil at same rate India is purchasing: Ishaq Dar

I still do. I also maintain that any $ saved from unlikely Russian oil will not be sufficient to cover subsidies on fuel. This statement from Mr. Dar has the same effect as that from the previous administration. It is a show of intent.

Pakistan seeks rescheduling of $27 bln bilateral debt-finance minister

Please note that Pakistan's cost of borrowing is already very high because of lowered credit rating. Pre-emptive negotiation of debt terms is a prudent idea under such specific circumstances. Sri Lanka for example should have renegotiated some of its debt much sooner. Of course, Mr. Dar will...

Ready to buy Russian oil at same rate India is purchasing: Ishaq Dar

PDM has made it clear multiple on multiple occasions that Pakistan is open for business with Russia. There is no room for any speculation that Pakistan turned away from saving $ through oil trade with Russia and somehow PDM sabotaged this attempt on American behest. :coffee:

Ishaq Dar Says that He Had 58 Meetings in 4 Days in USA

If Mr. Dar can succeed in rescheduling the $27 billion loan repayment, then the confidence that PM Shehbaz has on him will be vindicated

Opinionated - Pakistan must actively join the war against Russia

Pakistan is a major non-NATO ally of US. It will not be a surprise if Pakistan joins the American side on this international conflict.

Asian Cricket Council confirms India will not travel to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023

In my view, only some Indians will not tune for these games. Most watch/follow games even if they are not as excited about it as India - Pak or India - AUS game. Anyways, we will see if there is TRP released for Asia cup. Btw, I surprised that PCB was unable to retain its right of hosting the...

Asian Cricket Council confirms India will not travel to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023

This is for PCB to decide. They have a budget with bills to pay. If PCB has budget surplus or is able to finance its budget through alternate means (credit or asset monetization or gov. grant), then I'm sure PCB will choose to sit this one out. It is certain that Asia cup will be toothless...

Asian Cricket Council confirms India will not travel to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023

PCB will also loose its share of revenue if Pakistan boycotts Asia cup because of neutral venue. ICC may even ask for restitutions (for boycott) from PCB, but not sure

IND ahead of BD, PAK in reducing multidimensional poverty: UNDP/OPHI

This is no rocket science really. The landlocked states of UP and Bihar have a population of 300 million with a per capita income of less than $1000. It is the poorest region in the subcontinent and has always had a highly disproportionate share of lesser fortunate people. I hope that the...

IND ahead of BD, PAK in reducing multidimensional poverty: UNDP/OPHI

I don't have to explain everything. Just pointed to the obvious misquote in your post that is not backed by the report you cite. Least you can do is look at the second sheet in the excel annexure. India has a lot of poor people no doubt. I don't have any issues with that being published for...

IND ahead of BD, PAK in reducing multidimensional poverty: UNDP/OPHI

Are you seriously not able to follow that you have misread "Contribution of deprivation in dimension to overall multidimensional poverty" as "People who are multidimensionally poor and deprived in each indicator"?! Here is another way to look at it: 31.1+41.3+27.6 = 100% :woot:
