Regarding persian... persian were always employed in high numbers by Mughals. If u want to know more then go and have search on Sadaat of Kakori, Zaidpur, Rudauli, Sandila, Kichaucha bahraich .. these are just only very few places which I hv mentioned..
Regarding Sufis....Before posting please develop the habit of learning.....just go through different Tariqas and brief profile of all the prominent Sufis and there settlement.
