well, Pakistan is a country with a sizable army, it has good quantity and fairly well quality too. It's a nuclear armed state, it has an advanced missile program, it is cooperating with other countries to improve its military strength, it has a rival called India which is a very powerful nation in terms of military capabilities and this rivalry is a good motivation for Pakistan to get mightier, it has over 180 million people who are mostly young and very capable. Pakistan is not like Arab countries who produce nothing and are totally dependent on foreign countries. I still believe in my proposed ranking anyway.
