salam ,pls its urgent my bro is a soldier in pak army , and he wants to leave . He says he if he resigns , in this case there is no time period and no guarantee whether he would be allow to leave or not also his immediate manager has threatened him that he would not send his resignation letter to concerned authorities. and the 2nd option is to leave without informing. what would you suggest in this case
