Needs to be clarified; this is a combined sale from multiple nations for support services, it doesn't mean Pakistan is now an operator of SeaRAM - before anyone suggests otherwise:

Or C-RAM:

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $42,217,201 modification under previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract N00024-12-C-5405 to exercise options for design agent engineering and technical support services for Phalanx, SeaRAM, and land-based Phalanx weapon systems. Phalanx Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) is a fast-reaction terminal defense against low- and high-flying, high-speed maneuvering anti-ship missile threats that have penetrated all other defenses. The CIWS is an integral element of the Fleet Defense In-Depth concept and the Ship Self-Defense Program. Operating either autonomously or integrated with a combat system, it is an automatic terminal defense weapon system designed to detect, track, engage, and destroy anti-ship missile threats penetrating outer defense envelopes. The design agent engineering and technical support services are required for maintainability, reliability, and improvements. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (62.76 percent) and the governments of Turkey (20.14 percent); Australia (12.85 percent); Japan (2.82 percent); Canada (<1 percent); United Kingdom (<1 percent); Korea (<1 percent); Bahrain (<1 percent); Pakistan (<1 percent); and Egypt (<1 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

...

Pakistan is an operator of Phalanx CIWS:

But not SeaRAM or C-RAM (land-based Phalanx) and is not purchasing either system.

Might be a good idea to post the whole section, rather than just the parts pertaining to Pakistan, to avoid such confusions.
i already mention there pakistan have less than 1 percent share.please check

Lockheed Martin has won $14.2 million contract for the procurement of non-recurring engineering requirements on the Target Sight System (TSS) for Pakistan.

The contract includes software development and testing, system modification, testing, and installation requirements necessary to configure the TSS to the requirements of the government of Pakistan, the company said in a statement last Thursday.

The TSS provides target identification and tracking, passive targeting for integrated weapons, including Hellfire missiles, and a laser-designation capability supporting friendly laser-guided weapons. The TSS is integrated into the AH-1Z Cobra attack helicopters.

Work is expected to be complete by December 2017.

Lockheed Martin Wins $14 Million Target Sight System For Pakistani AH-1Z Choppers

When is Pakistan receiving these helicopters?

Pakistan requested the sale of 15 AH-1Z helicopters in April, and this announcement is the first official confirmation that a deal has been signed. While the notification does not say how many of the 15 helicopters have been signed for at this stage, it states that 10% (USD57.9 million) of the overall contract value covers the sale to the government of Pakistan. This suggests that this is an initial deal for the first two helicopters only, with contracts for the remaining 13 (plus spares and support) to follow.

According to the DoD, these initial helicopters will be delivered by the end of August 2018.

One hell of a can openner that'll go great with the 1000 hellfire II Pakistan also ordered:yahoo:.

Good news, but the quantity is not enough so Pakistan should try to increase the number of Zulus to at least 30 or 35.

Still skeptical on AH-1Zs, maybe TSS system being installed on C-130s. PAF does use C-130s with imaging sensors for surveillance duties since operations in Swat.

Although unlikely for Pakistan yet, the US even has C-130s capable of firing Hellfires.
