US lost because of the losses it suffered on the ground....NOT because they didnt have the ability to simply "bomb them back to stoneage"....the maximum losses they suffered was a result of the guerilla war they fought in Vietnam....
Your carpet bombing comment is right though....they did use air power to a great extent in Vietnam...but it wasnt the only method of war...

And I stand bye my statement.....India outguns Pak in quantity and quality....in a short war where occupation isnt the goal...India has a decisive advantage in war.....But no one said it was going to be easy....Any sane person would put money on India in this scrap
