They're in Hyderabad, and roughly ten years my juniors. My batch retired years ago. I can't march up to them with a questionnaire and ask them brisk questions; they'll throw the book at me after a point. What happens is over a drink at the S. Club or at the Rajendrasinhji Institute, and until that happens, there's nothing that I can get to know.

There is another member whose batchmates are now Lt. Colonels, Colonels and about to go into the one star ranks. Even he has to depend on personal meetings. People get very edgy over phone calls.
