Agreed, even though partition process itself was quite horrible and the bloodshed that took place is unimaginable. It was more or less catharsis for Indian subcontinent. Cant imagine what India would have been now with nearly 2billion ppl and the constant violence. We would have put africa to shame.
I think even the neighboring countries would have suffered bcos of it.

Muslims can not be loyal to any nation. It is against their religion. We are sitting on time bomb of 200 million potential traitors. That would be bloodiest civil war in history.

One more Pakistan out of India is needed to accommodate 200 million muslims, even if 100 years from now on when Indian muslim population most have passed 500 million. Total exchange of population was never on cards. For that India would had to give up land like it will happen now. You guys shouldn't have played facade of secularism back then to retain so many non-hindus along with land.
