In your original point you pointed out filth . I wouldn't consider wearing half sleeves or sleeveless filth . It's how normal Females in Pakistan dress up . The best thing to do is to keep our own niyat clean . We have bigger issues to worry about in Pakistan like Solving Terrorism , Sectarianism , Poverty and what not . Whatever people wear is their own personal choice , I don't think we should be worried about that . As for Maulvi's there are very few I like . the rest have their own political agendas and gains and are responsible for destroying the fabric of our society .
