That guy is an Indian. Theres not much athiests among Pakistanis and the ones who are dont bad mouth Islam like athiests from other countries do.

That guy is most likely an Indian athiest, he should remove the word Pakistani from his name if he hates Islam. If Islam never reached the region of Pakistan there would be no Pakistan and no Pakistanis today.

I hope you know that Qaid-e-Azam was secular. But here are a few things you must chew on.

1) Okay, first thing. I am not proud to be a Pakistani, nor am I proud to be of the South-Asian race. Race, nationaliy are ALL genetic accidents. Likewise, my child shouldn't be proud to be an American. Because, that's another ******** genetic accident. But, I am happy to be a Pakistani. I am happy with what I am, not proud, you should be proud about your achievements, and not ACCIDENTS. I never understood patriotism.

2) I don't give a hoot about Islam OR ANY OTHER RELIGION. Just because I was 'accidentally' born in a country, I should start respecting a religion? So, if I was born in Vatican, I should respect Christianity? Why should I respect something I don't agree with just because I was born in a ******** geographical region?

3) How do 1 and 2 make me an Indian? Even If I was born in India, I wouldn't give a hoot to India either. Nor about Hinduism. I just don't care. Can't we rise beyond this nationalism/religious chauvinism ****? Or does even thinking like this make me Indian?

4) While being born as a Pakistani was a genetic coincidence, but my belief - Atheism is a CHOICE I make. In your case, your nationality and religion are both COINCIDENCES. I bet that if you were born in an Indian Hindu family, you will be supporting INDIA and HINDUISM. Not Pakistan and Islam, am I right? So what does that make your current affinity to Pakistan and islam? Coincidences or Choices? I rest my case.

I am not proud to be a Pakistani

Ok then go call yourself Indian or American or whatever the f### you want to. Remove the Pakistani from your name cause you dont deserve to be called Pakistani.

We had an indian before just like you who pretended to be Pakistani but was caught and then permanently banned from this forum.

And if Islam never reached the region of Pakistan, we would all be singing Jana Gana Mana every morning something you probably sing every day indian_athiest.

Do you even know what the basis for creation of Pakistan was?

If only i had a rupee each time an indian pretended to be a Pakistani in the internet. I would solve the economy crisis.

Are you that stupid? Did you read my entire post? Why are you proud of something that was PURE coincidence? Did you choose to be born in a Pakistani household? So why the pride?

Am I happy to be a Pakistani? Yes. Am I proud? No.

I have an American citizenship. Am I proud to be an American? No. Am I happy? Yes!

Grow up child! Get some real education. And maybe, just maybe you can ******** understand my point.

WTF is Jana Gana Mana?

I perfectly know the basis for creation of Pakistan. But, listen I don't even subscribe to the idea of a nation! Get some chilled beer bro.

I repeat- I am not PROUD about being a Pakistani, or being a male, or belonging to a specific race. I am HAPPY about those things, not PROUD. I am proud of achievements, not genetic accidents. And despite this, I am 99.999% sure that I've done more for Pakistan than you!

Do you have a problem with me or my posts? Hit the report button! By the way, do you understand the meaning of the phrase "Doesn't give a ****"? While you are at that, also look up "diversity" and "Free-speech". Thankfully, unlike you, I was taught to QUESTION everything! Just because someone don't rant the same **** you are used to hearing from the zombies that you live with, that does not mean that they are not Pakistanis. It just means that we still have a few free thinking Pakistanis.

I guess the explanation below should help.

In every country there are certain areas where a common citizen of that country cannot enter. Only a citizen who is enrolled in the military or those who are connected with the defense of the country are allowed in the cantonment area. Similarly Islam is a Universal Religion for the entire world and for all human beings. The cantonment areas of Islam are the two holy cites of Makkah and Madinah. Here only those who believe in Islam and are involved in the defense of Islam i.e. the Muslims are allowed.

It would be illogical for a common citizen to object against the restriction on entering a cantonment area. Similarly it is not appropriate for non-Muslims to object against the restriction on non-Muslims against entering Makkah and Madinah.

Moreover, whenever a person travels to a foreign country he has to first apply for a visa i.e. the permission to enter that country. Every country has its own rules, regulations and requirements for issuing a visa. Unless their critera are satisfied they will not issue a visa.

One of the countries which is very strict in issuing a visa is the United States of America, especially when issuing visas to citizens of the third world. They have several conditions and requirements to be fulfilled before they issue a visa.

When I visited Dubai, it was mentioned on their immigration form – death to drug traffickers. If I want to visit Dubai, I have to abide by the rules. I cannot say that death penalty is a barbaric punishment. Only if I agree with their requirements and conditions will I be permitted to enter the country.

The Visa – The primary condition required for any human being to enter Makkah or Madina is to say with his lips, “La ila ha illallah Muhammed ur Rasulullah” meaning that ‘there is no God but Allah and Muhammed (pbuh) is His Messenger.’

Allah knows the best!

I didn't know that it was your national anthem.

But do you disagree with my statement that nationality isn't a choice, its a chance? You didn't choose to be an Indian now, did ya?

Just did some googling and found out the translation.

Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people,
Dispenser of India's destiny.
Thy name rouses the hearts of Punjab, Sind,
Gujarat and Maratha,
Of the Dravida and Orissa and Bengal;
It echoes in the hills of the Vindhyas and Himalayas,
mingles in the music of Jamuna and Ganges and is
chanted by the waves of the Indian Ocean.
They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise.
The saving of all people waits in thy hand,
Thou dispenser of India's destiny.
Victory, victory, victory to thee.

This is not about God?

Then is it about George V?

The poem was composed in December 1911, precisely at the time of the Coronation Durbar of George V, and is considered by some to be a paean in praise of "the overlord of India's destiny".

So you admit that Islam is more of a banner for an army than a belief system? You don't need cantonments for a belief system. Atheists have no cantonments, nor do Buddhists.

Trafficking drugs = crime, not believing in God = a choice. Discrimination on the basis of choice is never justified. But why do I care about what the Saudis think?

What is more concerning is the fact that MANY Pakistanis support this Saudi policy. Some of them don't, like Zaki Bhai and T-Faz

:hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:

Read it again. Please. Just read it once more.

The connotation is not religious in any sense. The song is supposed to rouse the Indian mind to take control of their own destiny.
