The design seems rather off. Why would the drone have a bulge, its not that a tactical drone is in need of SATCOM.

if there is a bulge , there should be a SATCOM ? this is a tactical drone with a combat range of 100kms .

however small , the better . lower RCS is always an important issue in tactical drones with low altitude of flight

the designers did their best in using space and creating more of them by using the "bulge"

In the field of Aviation a bulge indicates SATCOM capabilities, which is also the reason why they are common in MALE and above class drones. You dont use bulges unless its absolutly neccesary as you want the drone to be as aerodynamic as possible, that why you rarely see bulges on drones especcialy small ones that have no use for it. However upon closer inspection it seems that the nose of the drone is slightly higher then the the main body, perhaps its made to create more lift. I dont know.
