We will be doing disservice to Vikram Sarabhai vision, that we must be 2nd to none in real pertinent space applications....before dreaming of manned space races.

Leave the rush for manned missions to face-saving, prestige seeking, dictatorships, I'm sure you know who I'm talking about. We will do at our own pace and priority, as a cherry on top when the time comes....I feel it is not too far away anyways.
