With the number of fresh graduates emerging from universities rising every year, the Chinese government has been focusing on increasing #employment opportunities.
However, what are the dreams of these graduates and what are their expectations as they kick-start their professional lives?
A new #survey by 51job Inc., one of China’s biggest human resource service providers, titled The Employment Situation of University Graduates 2014, sheds fresh light on the desires of China’s #graduates.
The report is based on a survey of more than 100,000 students and 613 companies nationwide.
Only 9.7% of those surveyed reported that they were seeking a starting salary of RMB 10000 per month ($1600) or more. A bulk of the students were quite content with making much lesser.
