The Algerians kicked the French out. They can and will fight, but then again these arabs call Algeriens berbers. So you do have a point, they dont have a proper chain of command. They lack the will to fight with all the resources, they are way more into tribes than Africans.

i'm sorry arab forces have a history of cutting and running away leaving their equipment behind - 56,67,73, desert storm-I, II and now this.
they spend billions of $$$ to arm themselves with russian and now american weapons and still cant do 'shite'. a talha apc cant fight on its own, it has to have capable operators.

the thread heading should be iraqi forces abandon their equipment.

there should never have been a doubt about that. the sheer terror of the IS is unbelivable. how a professional army withers away on contact with them is just emboldening them and making things more difficult ahead.
