But IAF loves C-17s and they are going to order another 20 C-17s and are going to receive 10 of them in few years to replace IL-78 and may be looking for an alternative aircraft for Tanker as well as for AEW&Cs.

and @Black Eagle 90 India turned their backs from F-35 long time back as we don't want multiple 5th gen aircraft,do we??Pak Fa and in future AMCA will be more than enough to meet our needs..no need for F-35..and FYI,w can afford it,but no need..but yes,we may choose F-35B to use it from our future LHP/LPDs...but thats just hypothesis...
