China launches Compass duo via Long March 3B

The payloud is 2320kg+2,4640kg.

To lauch some sats is just an usual work to China, not a big deal really. Even it cannot make the headlines on Chinese newspaper. So try not to mock like that to our friends who did the same to us.

of course, the entire nav position system is a long-term(20 years),and continuous huge investment project, excluding huge investment for the market edpansion of the nav system. In this sense, it is indeed a big thing for us.Few contries have the ability like that, the technologes and the financial resources in this world. So dont to satirize us until have a better understanding about it.

Once China has her own world wide GPS system she can consolidate and manage her WW commercial interests more efficiently and discretely. She can protect her merchant ships better by coordinate with her growing naval fleet. Most importantly in times of war, she'll be totally self reliance in the field of defense communication and planning. The future of drone defense also relies heavily on an extensive proprietary communication system.

we have already overcome heavier payloads carrying satellites that exceed 5,000 kg.

We did this for France in March weighing a bit over 5,000 kg
.

that is a huge difference between >5000 kg and < 1000 kg!

Keep going China!

You have way too simplified the cause of Germany's change.

Let me ask you:

"Just because of some steam engine (still in the near future) or some new weaponry like rifles, Germany's status in history will change much??? First, they are not new. Current steam engines have existed for a quite some time. Britain already has steam engines. In addition, they are not the best either. You have extended a simple steam engine far beyond its influence"

:smitten: :china:

Very impressive capability demonstration!!! congrats Chinese. May all of us get even more affordable GPS :azn: Good competition for existing systems too.

CCP is not flawless, but at this stage of development China needs their governance to complete the entire infrastructure.

We don't give a damn about haters' thought. :coffee:

Not only the infrastructure, they have done a great job in retaining maintaining nurturing and promoting Chinese culture as well. Arts, music, operas, dances, dramas and films all flourish in the Country vigorously and beautifully.

^ correct! CZ 5 is even more powerful. CZ-5-504's payload will be LEO 25 T, GTO 14 T. That will bring us on par with Russia and Europe, behind US but substantially leading some other nations!

^ correct! We are humble. That is routine launching for us at all. You don't see us drumming chests, making fanfare on petty achievements
That is only to prevent ridicule and loss of image in case of a failure......:blah:
Most failiures are hidden using these propaganda tactics , you know.....
Since India is not a communist state, it unfortunately cannot hold it's media's tongue and is subject to ridicule everytime:confused:

anyway congrats to China!!:enjoy:
It is certainly a commendable achievement......
Hopefully India will also get strong willed leaders in future....

Gratz to the Chinese  ..that's one hell of a heavy weight u got there!
And plz keep India out of this ....lets keep this BS free.
