the basic diff between pakistani & indian dishes is that we in india deu to health & some foriegn influence use less amount of khare masale(less use of whole spices ) & much less ghee or oil but since pakistani clints love there food that way & not much interfearences by health deptt. there cooking style is more or less same as it was some 60-65 years back,Thanks
