What's new

In India 7 yrs in jail for eating beef; cops can raid on mere suspicion

However India claims to be secular that means it does not matter what Religion is the majority. if Non Hindu's want to eat beef then should they not ?

Then vote for a different leader next elections, if YOUR INDIAN.

Otherwise you can't vote :P

Incase you don't know, it happens ever 4 years.

They worship cows there so obviously they don't want you butchering their divine idols.

just like hindus live with the sight of women moving around in black tents around their body and getting their sleep disturbed in the morning through loudspeakers....non hindus can live with this as well..

its give and take..

yes...any doubt..?

Very weak argument. A secular state has no preferefered /favourite religion and everyone is free to do whatever he wants to do, Either stop lying to be a secular state or let people decide what is good for them.

Its a majority HINDU state.

Check the figures.

Though all religions live happily in india

It is a democracy, if you don't like it, vote for a different leader in next elections.

yup....different religions live by giving up their most basic rights such as a personal choice of what to eat and what not..mthey have to bow to hindu religious beleifs if they want to live in india..once again thats not secular....

while in hinduism cow is a sacred animal..no other religion prescribes eating beef as a part of its belief...so you are just bs ing.

now here in quran or bible do they ask the believers to eat beef...so no religious freedom is impinged by this law..

and no religion specifically prescribes to eat vegetables, or bread, or medicines or whatever.................you know very well that you are on the weak ground don't try too hard to come up with stupid arguments.

Sorry, most of farmers are vegetarian or eat chicken, lamb and fish mainly.

You can have it, if you love meat so much.

Joke of the year.

Indian farmers are so poor they cannot even afford meat. Check out a episode in Taboo on the Science Channel to see what your farmers really eat.

And I love meat.. Mmmm.. Chicken Tikka... Mmmmmm... Biryani Goshh.... Mmmmmm.
