Why Kashmir topics allowed in India defense sub forum?

Why Kashmir topic are allowed in India Defense forum and didn't delete by moderators where it already cleared that all discussion or threads are allowed only in Kashmir forum.

There are two thread i found on this topic in India Defense.

I am quoting here announcement:

Asim Aquil: Kashmir War Forum has been restricted to senior members only. All Kashmir related discussion will be done by them.

Threads created in other areas will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned.

If this rule no longer in effect then there must be no restriction creating Kashmir thread in Pakistan WAR?

I don't think that figure is correct. In that case why isn't black blood who has over 7k posts a senior?
I think it's based on quality of posts/threads. I may be wrong :|

Members, I have question to Webmaster for specified reason so who senior member or not doesn't concern with my question, so let's wait for answer.

i think i have seen members with 1300 post with senior membership.

Before joining WDN there was possibility by forum rules 1000 posts & 3 months. That i know but now criteria has changed if i am not wrong.

O yes, try if they will do favour, but don't forget to tell me which bank will give you loan of 1000 posts. I also want to apply.

You become a senior member, you can post in Kashmir forum. You need 2000 posts + some months to become a senior. I think it is like 6 months.
